'Carol of the Rum' is track 1 off my new Christmas EP, 'Cam vs. Klaus' which can be streamed everywhere. At the age of 21, I came up with this idea to parody my favorite Christmastime jam, Carol of the Bells. As a young alcoholic, I thought this would be hella funny. Now, a decade later, my days of looking for Rum are well behind me. But the idea stuck, and I finally brought myself to record it. 'Cam vs. Klaus' features a few modern takes on some classic holiday tunes, topped off with a pop-punk jam about whoopin' Santa's ass. If you've ever felt the Christmas Rage, you'll get along just fine with this release. This EP also features my renditions of Silent Night and Angels We Have Heard on High, carefully pressed into the mold of shreddy guitar-driven ROCK.
